Pump capacity is 100 and 150 m³. The top film wrap is 460 mm wide. It can process 2 pieces of 190x144x80 plate molds used as a standard side by side.

This machine model box sealing machine, which vacuums and packs food products with protective food gases, provides a long shelf life to the products, while protecting the quality and nutritional values of the products. It prevents food products such as all kinds of fresh and processed meat, fish, other seafood, dairy products, fresh and dried vegetables, fruits, snacks, and nuts from deterioration in a short time, reduces waste of the food.
Depending on the selected packaging program, protective gas is supplied to the product package after vacuuming the packages in atmospheric environment. Then, the upper film, which is ready on the top of the packages, is closed with the resistance jaws and cut from the edges of the packages with a cutting apparatus. After the tray comes back to its exit position, the edge waste of the upper film is wound onto the waste wrapping roll located at the back of the machine. After this last step, the machine is again prepared for the next operation. -

The semi-automatic bowl packaging is generally preferred by customers recommended for operations to package a less capacity mass production vacuum. It is a very useful model, thanks to its normal and large dimensions, as the product to be vacuumed is very large.
