Technical Specifications:
All the machine surfaces that touch or do not touch the product are made of SUS 304 stainless steel. Only stations have aluminum parts. 201 stainless steels with low oxidation resistance are not used on any surface of the machine.
Because of comfortable structure, its functionality is more practical compared to similar machines. You can easily access a packing capacity of 18 pieces per minute.

The machine is a 5-station, 8-step joint production line. Thanks to the photosensitivity, all the processes of turning the tube to the adhesion direction, filling the product down the tube, sticking it to the ultrasound without the need for heat, cutting the excess dough and removing the tube from the drawer compartment are made automatically and successively by the machine.

Photocell sensors which present at every operating station only when there is a tube in front of them. If there is no tube in front of the station, this station will not work. Thus, the machine operates with maximum energy saving level and production efficiency against product waste.

Thanks to the operating screen, you can easily adjust all stations using almost one tube. All stations can be adjusted thanks to the adjustment wheel located above the station.
